Our brownie cakes are the perfect option for those who aren't fans of traditional sponge or pound cakes. Unlike typical cakes which are dry and lack flavour, our brownies are moist, fudgy, chewy, and full of flavour. You can expect your party guests to be wowed!
Every cake is adorned with luscious vanilla buttercream and sprinkles in your selected colour scheme, enhancing the delightful flavours of our four exquisite brownie flavours.
It is then complemented with a gold acrylic Happy Birthday topper.
Choose from four size options. The mini is great for an intimate celebration whilst our 8-inch cakes are also defect for larger parties. Or, for a REAL party, go for deluxe!

Brownie Information
- Every brownie is baked fresh the day before your order.
- All our brownies are nut free but not baked in a nut-free environment. Please contact us if you have any allergies.
- Our brownies are big! Each slice is approximately 6.5cm x 6.5cm x 4cm.
- Our brownies are best stored at room temperature and eaten within 5-7 days.
- You can heat the brownies up in the microwave for 10 secs before you devour them as a warm treat.
Cake Sizes
Choose from 4 size options for your cake.
- Mini: 5"/13cm 1-Tier - Serves 4 dessert slices or 8 coffee slices.
- Midi: 8"/20cm 1-Tier - Serves 9 dessert slices or 18 coffee slices.
- Tall: 8"/20cm 2-Tiers - Serves 18 dessert slices or 36 coffee slices.
- Deluxe: 8"/20cm 3-Tiers - Serves 27 dessert slices or 54 coffee slices.
The height of each tier is approximately 4cm.
A dessert slice measures approximately 6.5x6.5x4cm whilst a coffee slice measures approximately 6.5x3.25x4cm.

Cake Storage
We recommend you order your cake to be delivered or picked up one day before you plan to serve it.
Store your cake at room temperature in our cake box.
If there are any leftovers, our brownies last 5-7 days.
Colour Schemes
We offer three beautiful colour schemes for you to choose from.
- Bubblegum: Pink, Purple, Blue
- Sunset: Orange, Yellow, Pink
- Frost: Ivory, Blue, Green

Delivery
We offer next-day delivery in Sydney for addresses located within 50km of 2061. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your distance from us. FREE delivery on orders over $85 for delivery addresses within 30km, and on orders over $120 for delivery addresses outside of 30km.
Select the delivery date after you add items to cart. Deliveries typically take place between 8am and 6pm. We cannot guarantee a specific time however you can put in a request and we will try our best to deliver as close to the time as possible.
If no one is available to accept a delivery, we will leave the order in the safe place. If we are unable to contact you to discuss options, the order will be returned to our store.
Pick Up
We are located in Milsons Point, less than 5 minutes from Milsons Point station. You must place your order by 10am for next day pick up.
Select the pick up date after you add items to cart.
If order is not picked up on the selected date and time, your box will be held for one day (provided we are available) but you will not get a fresh batch.
